Lil Baby released his fifth studio album, Fresh, on Friday, November 6, 2026, through Quality Control and Motown Records. The 17-track project features Future, Young Thug and Rylo Rodriguez, and is led by "Dead Fresh," a Pharrell Williams production that peaked at No. 18 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Why it matters

Fresh is the follow-up to 2025's WHAM, Lil Baby's fourth No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200, and to December's mixtape The Leaks. With a lead single that has spent more than 14 weeks on the Hot 100 and recently reached No. 1 on Urban and Rhythmic radio, it is the week's biggest new rap album — and a test of whether his run of chart-toppers continues.

The album

The project was officially announced in October alongside its full digital tracklist, and arrived the following Friday. By Lil Baby's standards it is a lean feature slate: three guest appearances in total, with Rylo Rodriguez the only artist credited twice, on "All My Partnas" — alongside Future and Young Thug — and "In Your Head." Production credits include Metro Boomin, Pharrell Williams and London on Da Track.

Alongside the release, Lil Baby dropped the music video for "Mr. Do Something," directed by ILMATO. Up next: a performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon after Sunday Night Football on November 8, and his December 5 birthday show, Lil Baby: Fresh Prince of Atlanta, at State Farm Arena in Atlanta.

Background

"Dead Fresh" was produced by Pharrell Williams and was first performed at Louis Vuitton's Menswear Spring-Summer 2027 show in Paris in June. It has spent more than 14 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at No. 18, and has reached No. 1 on both Urban and Rhythmic radio. Lil Baby's 2020 album My Turn was the best-selling and most-streamed album of that year; WHAM debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in February 2025, his fourth No. 1 debut.
